Hales Home Care has delivered domiciliary care and live-in care for more than 20 years. We are accredited providers to many local authorities and NHS Trusts, and we are regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission.

An alternative to residential or nursing care homes, live-in care means that a carer lives with you in your own home providing 24-hour care and support, when you need it, how you need it.

We will provide a caring, confidential and professional service to enable users of the service to remain within their own homes whilst enabling them to live as independently as possible, maintaining their safety, privacy and dignity at all times. Hales will provide trained live-in carers who will be equipped with the appropriate skills and experience to meet the needs of the individual using the service. We focus on person centred, outcome based care for individuals living with a range of care needs and preferences.
Companionship
Sometimes it’s just nice to have someone to support you, to talk to, have a cup of tea with, and to help out, whether at home or out and about. At Hales Home Care we understand that care should go beyond just medical needs; we work to improve your complete well-being and happiness, offering a companionship service.
