Hales Heroes May Draw Winner

20 June

Congratulations to each and every Care Worker who qualified for the Hales Heroes Monthly Draw. The winner for the month of May is Jyoti Parmar. Congratulations on winning £1,000!

Tiren Kaur, Hales Care Branch Manager, commented “I couldn’t have been more happy for the Leicester Branch to have won this month. Of course, every member of our staff entered will always be heroes in my eyes, though often they are referred to as the unsung heroes of our care industry. It was so vital for such a scheme to be in place for our staff to feel more valued for the important roles they hold.

Leicester Branch over the 2 years I have managed it has overcome and achieved so much- to a GOOD Rating with CQC and this is not possible without care workers like Jyoti.

The win itself is not only Jyoti’s but of all her colleagues and I couldn’t more proud of my Team as I am now.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our Care Workers and let you know how much we value the important work you do to keep our vulnerable clients safe and well all year round.

Could you be the winner of £1,000 for the month of June?

Hales Heroes Monthly Draw is our newest employee incentive giving all Hales Care Workers the chance to win £1,000 each and every month.

Every Care Worker will be entered into the monthly draw subject to meeting the criteria. All Care Workers that meet the criteria will be awarded the Hales Heroes Award of Excellence badge in recognition of your outstanding performance.
