Hales Group requires a Senior Carer based in Watford.

Responsibilities include direct line management of a team of care workers, ensuring new service users are assessed and detailed care plans and risk assessments are in place.

You will also be responsible for ensuring staff have supervisions and spot checks on a regular basis.

An NVQ Level 3 qualification in care is an essential requirement for the role.  The successful candidate will also have their own transport and a flexible approach.
