Hales Group is recruiting a Deputy Manager RGN based in New Malden, Surrey for one of our clients. 

This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join the management team as Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager for their 25-bed bursing home.  The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Home Manager and deputise in their absence.

Duties will include, but are not limited to, report writing, medication management and clinical skills. You will be working with a qualified team of senior care assistants.

It is essential that you have a valid NMC Pin Number.  You will also need excellent communication skills as well as experience in a Nursing Home as you will be dealing with Doctors, nurses, family members, inspectors and other visiting professionals,
